Does a Diet Based on the Acai Berry Really Work?
Look, there are tons of claims out there for the acai berry being the final solution and magical weight loss bullet that humankind has been seeking for centuries, but lets get real its not a magic bullet. Having said that, it is safe to say that including acai berries in your diet can greatly enhance weight loss simply due to the unusual load of nutritious substances it contains.
Acai berries are found in the jungles of South and Central America, and have long been a locally known healing fruit natural treasure. When Western civilization discovered the almost magical uses for the acai berry, the prices automatically went up and demand went sky high. Tons of different diets were launched overnight, and a lot of clever people made a lot of money from promoting it.
While there is nothing wrong with making money, there is something wrong with making claims that arent entirely accurate. Simply counting on one kind of food to lose weight is known as a fad diet, and can be done with anything from bananas to cookies. You hear about a new one every week it seems and sure, youll lose weight, but youll also suffer from malnutrition and vitamin deficiency.
On the flip side, and again, acai berries aren’t actually magical, but they do contain a huge amount of healthy ingredients, one of them being fiber. Fiber can go a long way in helping you lose weight, and due to the naturally high fiber content of the acai berry, its no wonder that it can aid in your overall weight loss plan.
With other substances like essential fatty acids, amino acids, and tons of antioxidant vitamins (the acai berry packs more antioxidants than a pomegranate!), they all combine and give your body a super boost of nutrition, which will also lead to weight loss assuming youre watching what you eat, exercising (even if its light exercise), and staying mentally focused. Acai berries by themselves probably arent going to give you the long term weight loss goals that you seek to achieve, but they certainly wont hurt, and as a matter of face, more and more big name nutritionists are claiming that adding them to your diet is one of the best things you can do.

Because of recent celebrity endorsements (Oprah, Rachel Ray, etc), acai berry products made for assisting in weight loss have pretty much turned into liquid gold. You can find acai berry products, but make sure you get natural and real ones and not the fake imitation stuff that contains little to no real acai berry.
So can you lose weight by eating acai berries? The short answer is yes, but in order to do it effectively, you need to combine it with a healthy diet and exercise to truly achieve the results youre looking for. I will say that when you do start consuming acai berry products, your body will definitely thank you for it!

Acai Berry Diets do work I believe. However, as always, you need to control what you eat and exercise reguarly, anyone who says losing weight can come from a single ingredient, pill, or product is wrong. But I do believe the Amazon Thunder Acai Berry products are better for you than most!
